“I have always been unhappy with Apple speech recognition, despite my enunciating as clearly as I can, particularly on my iPhones, (which doesn’t apply here). I recently purchased the Apple M1 Mac mini, which does not come with a microphone! I have used headsets in the past to try to improve on Apple’s speech recognition, which helps a bit, but I recently tripped on the long cord and broke the headset/microphone. The reviews on this microphone were good, so I purchased one and it has helped immensely.
